Local Orders:

Orders may be picked up around town somewhere local for now.  I am based Round Rock but work in North Austin so I can meet easily anywhere in the Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, North Austin Area. Other local delivery/pick-up is available for a small charge, contact me for information.

Shipping:

I ship all of my cookies via USPS Priority Mail. Cookies are individually wrapped so they stay fresh, and then carefully packaged and boxed to keep them safe. I have had great positive feedback about orders arriving safe and sound using this packing method. While I do my best to avoid breakage, a few cookies will break from time to time. I do not provide refunds for breakage, I can assure you that any broken cookies will taste just as good!

Orders of up to two dozen cookies can be shipped in a single package for a packing and shipping fee of $13.00. Larger orders will be charged on an individual basis, additional packing and shipping fees will apply but I will try my best to keep any costs as low as possible while insuring everything arrives intact.

For shipped orders, payment is due 7 days before ship date. (Orders over $100: Payment is due 14 days before shipment.) Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis for rush orders.
